The Office

The Office Description of Professional Services Dan Bucsescu has practiced architecture in New York since 1978. In addition, Professor Bucsescu has been teaching at Pratt Institute, School of Architecture since 1980. This academic involvement informs his practice with the most recent developments in architectural design, theory and technology. The firm provides individual attention and energetic involvement from the first client meeting until occupancy. Consistent with the attitude expressed in the philosophical statement above, we believe that our clients are best served by close and continuous communication with a senior partner of the firm. Recommendations from past clients will attest to our total commitment to each commission. Our extensive experience covers a wide range of projects. Large corporate and commercial interiors such as banks, trading rooms, law firms and medical offices, make up half of our practice. Residential architecture - from the renovation of Loft Buildings in Tribeca and New York apartments to stately private homes in the countryside balances our practice and provides a vehicle for more theoretical design work.
